Welcome to Vale Dental! As a new patient, your first step is to schedule an initial consultation with our team. We highly recommend taking advantage of our New Patient Offer which involves a comprehensive exam, full scale clean and polish, with all x-rays included. Here a treatment plan can also be created if any further necessary treatment is identified or if you have any cosmetic enquiries.

Yes, Vale Dental is fully wheelchair accessible. We are committed to providing inclusive care and ensuring that all patients, regardless of mobility challenges, can access our dental services comfortably.
Vale Dental shares a large carpark with Bunnings, just outside Warringah Mall. Our patients can park under the building in the doctor’s reserved spaces for closer access to the building. We also have a lift for access to the second floor.
Additionally, our reception area, treatment rooms, and restroom facilities are designed to be accessible and user-friendly for individuals with disabilities.

If you have a dental emergency, it's essential to take prompt action to address the issue and alleviate any pain or discomfort. At Vale Dental, we provide long service hours to accommodate all of our patients’ needs.
Dental emergencies can be quite unexpected, and at times, need to be managed promptly. Because of this, we keep different timeslots open during the day to allow for dental emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

At Vale Dental, we do accept all health funds and have a HICAPS machine on site for easy claims. We can process a claim on the spot and your health fund will determine the gap payment.
As all health fund policies are different, we may not be able to identify your exact cover prior to your appointment. We can, however, provide treatment plans for you to enquire directly with your insurer before proceeding with any treatment.
We highly recommend consulting with her private health insurance if you are unsure of your policy. Our reception staff at Vale Dental are also always happy to assist where possible.
